Did some Christmas shopping admin. And I listened to a few podcasts.

Family are well and living a quiet life. We know of many folks in isolation with covid19. Omicron is now dominating variant, circa 85% of Scottish cases. Older son met a friend outdoors for a walk. Younger son did some non-contact training outdoors at his rugby club.
