Boxing Day

Fletch seemed better today. He ate and was ready for his walk. 
The weather forecast said fair, so of course when we got to the beach it wasnt fair, there was  a bit of a wind and drizzle. We walked quite quickly to the far end but it wasnt too bad on the way back as the wind was behind us. 

M caught sight of the mouse rock tucked up against the huge boulders that have been placed above the foreshore in an effort to stop erosion. There a few lower tides this week so I left it for some child to find.

Back home to warmth  and the dry and a slice of Christmas cake and some reading.
