I've had a day full of dog-walking!

This morning I had a practice run walk with Kaiser and his mistress, just so that I could monitor how he normally behaves, before I take over tomorrow. I'm quite excited now!

In the afternoon I joined Sammy and Bertie and their mistress for a walk in the Queen Elizabeth Forest Park near Dalmary. There has been a lot of tree-felling lately, so the forest has been severely decimated.

Today's blip shows part of the process in the forestry operations. The benefit for the walkers and cyclists who make use of the many miles of roads through the forest is that it opens up wonderful views.
