Warm lights

Continuing to bring you timid December light, announcing a gradual lengthening of the days in this part of the world.

This morning, very early, I took photos of my flower shaped, faceted glass, candle-holder. The red candle created a very red glow and I left it as it was so as not to take away the dramatic red and black contrasts. The way the light escaped through the spaces in the petals, created interesting rays!
