That London

A day out in London, to see my sister and exchange Xmas presents. We wondered around, stopping at a few places. A long anticipated visit to Scandi-kitchen, picking up a few seasonal treats. And a breakfast of cinnamon bun and a drink outside on their bench.
Then a walk into Covent Garden to the Moomin shop to replace my daughter's mug, which I'd accidentally broken a few days ago.
Then a wonderful lunch at Bancone, pasta lived up to expectations...as recommended by Alessina of MasterChef fame.

We wondered around the streets, taking in the lights before a cafe pit stop and a train home.
It's great that we can meet up like this, as driving to each others home takes 5hours, whereas the train to London is around 2 hours for us both.
