It's Stollen.  Useful lass is Kat. She's perpetuated Alice's Christmas Cake recipe and now makes a number for assorted friends/relatives.

YUP A very useful lass our Kat.  Not only has she perpetuated Alice's recipe she's a dab hand at a multitude of skills. . . she over-saw/guided Niece and Nephew into making Stollen each, then taught Niece to knit.  Bliplife goes on undisturbed.
