Anchor number 2

The boat only came with one anchor, a 12kg CQR (like a plough share) on chain in the chain locker on the foredeck.
I like to have a spare in case something happens so have bought a 7kg Brittany anchor with some chain and used a length of anchorplait rope that has been in my garage loft since the boat before last.
It will go at the bottom of the cockpit locker and with luck I will never have to use it.

Today was awful, still over 20 knot winds and it snowed up until 2pm, temperature less than 3 deg.
Glad I put off the mast raising, now booked in for Saturday.
