Not for the squeamish

I was thinking of going for a run with some of the group but the time didn't fit with other things I had to do so I went out into the country by myself. The views were extensive - mist and more mist! - and the exciting view would have been my blip untl I met this unfortunate badger. 
The next part of the day was spent in preparing food as son and family came round for tea. This was always planned and we decided to go ahead even though we'd been there for Christmas Day's Plan C.
Some games and a roast dinner, not something we have often as it's a bit of a faff for 2.
They've now gone and it's very quiet, but it was great to have them round.
