Birthday Selfie

Nettie and family came this morning, bringing some of Eileen's Christmas cake, a chocolate cake, chocolates, cheeses, plus homemade cards, and a wonderful present of a huge box of PG Tips, and then sent me a lovely video of them all singing "Happy Birthday", as they'd forgotten while they were here.

And I'd forgotten photos - so here is a phone selfie with an old birthday candelabra, which is no more, as I let the old candles burn down, they relit and the plastic caught fire. Good job Mike was still sitting at the table, working on my birthday present, which I'll Blip another day.

Unfortunately, we're not going to be able to go to the beach for a birthday treat, as Feathers still has to wear her cone for another week; one of her stitches hasn't healed. Thankfully, at least, Aduro is OK, as she is far more feisty, and managed to escape outside today three times.
