...... Owl!

It was actually dry this morning! Amazing!

Still cloudy but no water falling from the sky! We thought we were in the Twilight Zone! Lol

We decided to head out for a walk early afternoon ....... got wrapped up & headed out ..... into the mizzle! Where had that come from? Poor timing!

We decided to risk it regardless ..... we did get a bit damp as it alternated between mizzle & drizzle for most of our walk!

I only got the camera out once to take this as we walked back through the wood :-)

It is one of several carvings to be found in there .... I have blipped a couple of them before but not this one :-)

We did see quite a few birds ..... Blue Tit .... Great Tit .... Robin .... Wren ... Dunnock ..... Blackbird ..... Kestrel & a brief glimpse of the Yellowhammer too .... not a bad walk despite the damp! :-)
