Foreshortened
8.4C with plenty of blue sky. White fluffy clouds. Breezy.
Maeve the Deerhound and I have had our usual walk. We went out a little bit earlier today. I took this blip from the cycle path, which runs parallel to the railway line and the shore, towards Panbride Church and the old school. The deep furrows in this part of the field are ready for potato planting.
Hopefully the leaves will soon be appearing on the trees. The church will then be hidden from this angle, so its a good idea to get a shot before they appear. It is fully half a mile to the church from where I was standing.
Once we were home I had some tea as fortification for the first mowing of the three small back lawns. After the winter they are always mossy. I always avoid raking out the moss. The first mow can be a struggle !
Glad that's done ... and I am having more tea :-)
