I think it says ‘A good New Year to one and all’ in the Scottish dialect.  I wonder what it sounds like with a Polish accent?  I ask that question because most of the shop assistants in this Lidls are Polish.  Montrose is really a little Poland and even has a Polish shop  -  all probably due to the fact that Polish service men were stationed here during WW2  -  some stayed and some returned.
