The Jacobite Queen.

This is The Jacobite Queen, moored alongside the jetty at Tomnahurich Bridge.
It is a pleasure boat that sails along the Caledonian Canal and through Loch Ness until it gets to Urquhart Castle, then turns around and sails back to Tomnahurich Pier. It does this every morning and then again in the afternoons throughout the Tourist Season. It can also be hired for Booze Cruises in the evenings.
The hill behind in the picture is Tomnahurich Cemetery. Strange! maybe this is where the description " Boot Hill " came from!!!
