The Chase is On

Herring gulls - The juvenile at the back is trying to catch, i presume the mother, for a bit of the clam it has in her bill. This chase caught the interest of a few more gulls which joined in, all trying to get the tasty morsel in the lead gulls bill. The chase went on for a couple of minutes before they one by one gave up. This all took place at low tide on the Holy Loch.
