Deep And Crisp And Even

I had to drive through the Peaks today as I’d been invited to lunch.
Unfortunately this meant climbing 1200ft above sea level! I almost turned back when I was only a mile from my destination as the snow was so deep.
Great to see old friends and the food was amazing. Came back in the daylight as I couldn’t imagine what it would have been like in the dark!
