Teasels

This morning it started dull and misty, although was surprisingly mild. We went for a two hour walk from  home to the stewardship conservation area we discovered the other day, where I took today's  photo, and back home via the South Winchester golf course and Yew Hill butterfly  reserve. Looking forward to revisiting all these places next spring and summer, to see what wildlife is about. 
As we walked  the  mist cleared and we saw the sun and blue sky briefly.
