Greater Spotted Woodpecker

Spent lunchtime hiding out in the woods with long lens hoping for any sort of bird image and then along came a GSW. It was very wary probably due to the wind blowing my hide about but I did manage a few shots a bit further away than I'd really want. My Sigma lens gets a bit soft focus at the long end of the zoom. I've gone for the long crop as I think it suits the image.
