Christmas Eve!

Just the four of us for Christmas, which is lovely. Although we always try and keep Christmas Eve to just the four of us anyway. Normally we would go skating, but last year there was no where to go and this year, quite frankly, we can't risk Carys getting another injury.

So we headed out for a walk instead. We walked five miles round part of the Hitchin Outer Orbital Path (HOOP), which circles round Hitchin. Part way through it started to rain, but a stop for festive drinks soon cheered everyone up.

Home we all put on new pj's, ate popcorn and takeaway pizza and watched Doolittle followed by Last Christmas.

Carrot, mince pie and drink out for Santa. Will in bed by 20.30, still very much awake at 22.30! Carys, who knows...
