Christmas Day on the beach

Been a stress free christmas morning with a nice long lie in and then present opening.

Then on to Bruce and Jenny’s for Christmas at their home by the beach. We had cloud cover for the whole time which made it really cool temperature wise and being by the sea meant that there was a cool breeze. In fact it got soo cold that we were wrapped up in blankets! So much for our first hot Christmas.

Been a lovely day playing games on the lawn and charades, etc. We left around 5 and spent the evening on our patio. The boys played darts while we enjoyed the time together.

It’s been a lovely first Christmas for us here, very grateful for everything.
