The Christmas three-fish

I'm not really sure how it happened, but in the past few years I've always had fish as the main Christmas meal. It started out with salmon (I'm remembering with particular affection the salmon with clementine sauce from a few years ago), and I suppose this year I am branching out a bit: this meal has no less than three types of fish. And it was very tasty, albeit I have not made it from scratch.
