Seasons Greetings from Mount Fuji

I got up at 3am having not slept at all and, decided that I may as well get dressed and go back to see if I really had left the heater on at old home. Once dressed I decided that it was a daft idea and left it until the morning. I went and checked on my way to my friend’s and of course, I hadn’t left it on.
Along with those adult children that had been able to come up, we all went for an invigorating walk and then headed back for mulled wine and snacks, crossword pondering and a game and then I headed back.
Unbeknown to everyone, and according to tradition, Mount Fuji has moved momentarily to just beyond High Cup Nick.
