On the first day of Christmas...

My true love gave to me,
A fluffy cat sitting by a Christmas tree!

For the ninth year in a row, my own version of the Twelve Days of Christmas; there may/will definitely be repeats! 

Despite one patient having a migraine (had to go back to bed for a couple of hours), and a kitchen disaster for the other (a heavy double cupboard door came off its hinges in her hands, 5mins before we were due to sit down to lunch), a quiet(ish!) Christmas Day. Probably just as well we postponed our lunch guests!
