Face to face

Today we enjoyed Christmas lunch at my daughter's - the first Christmas in her flat.

After lunch there was still enough light to go for a walk and get some fresh air. There were quite a few people out with a similar idea.  I noticed this lady standing staring at one of the Nutcracker soldiers which appeared to be guarding the early 15th century clock tower.
