White Christmas!

We stopped quickly at Surprise View ( see top photo ), then on to Watendlath.

Two hour mountain walk through snow flurries!

By the time we got to the top the snow flurries had ended...quite a strong wind!

As we walked back down we found a sheltered spot to enjoy our Christmas picnic lunch in the sunshine. Looking across we could see Great Gable looking very Christmassy, covered in snow!

Christmas dinner this evening!
