Hawea River Swing Bridge

We started our Christmas Day having our breakfast using the American family tea set (yesterdays blip). Then a lovely walk out at the Wetlands.

We joined Jills brothers family and a mutual friend and her mother for a shared Christmas dinner. We took a half salmon, new potatoes from the garden and a green salad. We also had ham, another salad, asparagus, Christmas pudding with brandy sauce and meringues. So a delicious meal.

We have just returned from another walk with Frida to Wānaka Starion Park - so time to put our feet up after a lovely day. It was even sunny and calm :)
