Busy

Busy day mostly in the kitchen. Made stollen, such a messy thing to make, and mince pies. Also did the first bake of the soufflés for our starter and cooked the centre for the main course, that requires pastry and a second bake tomorrow.
Sauce just done. So should mean less time in the kitchen tomorrow.
Had a lovely walk with Hetty and hubby at dusk to see all the houses decorated and then back for a cosy hour with the fire on and hot chocolate.
Hubby did dinner and we exchanges one gift, both books.
Now about to settle down to a Christmas film, Die Hard.
