Song of a Baker

Spent most of the morning in the kitchen. Baked a veggie quiche for child #2. One half blue cheese and broccoli with the other half sun dried tomato and goats cheese.
She doesn't do meat.
With the price of gas it made sense to make best use of the oven so baked two sticky date loafs at the same time.
Blip is a slice of it with a generous application of butter and washed down with a coffee.
This cake is just the best.
