One day a year I wish…..

I am quite happy with my little home and I genuinely enjoy washing up, but on the day I make the Christmas cakes I wish I had at least a double drainer sink unit! The cooling cakes use up most of the remaining  worktop surface and the dirty bowls and cake tins fill the sink and draining board - but I get there eventually, and it is only at Christmas that I make more than one cake at a time!
