Tonight’s dinner

Still waiting on my computer: we finally found a carrier that could pick it up, pack it and ship it to us, but with the holidays I am going to be lucky if I get it next week. Anyway, these pork ‘kebabs’ was a something that we used to it eat quite often when growing up and I thought that my husband would enjoy it.
