Meet Bossy Boots

A quiet morning and this afternoon we walked down to The Mill with our friends, where we sat in comfy chairs around the fire, with drinks and cookies.  

Back home and it's time to draw the curtains and think about what I need to get out of the freezer for tomorrow.

This robin wasn't letting any of the other birds anywhere near either the sunflower or peanut feeders.  I've never known it be quite as aggressive before.  I didn't like the look it was giving me either.

Happy Christmas everyone.  It's been another difficult year for several of you and I trust family and friends will rally round and give you comfort.  As for the rest of you, just make a thorough nuisance of yourselves and embarrass the kids.
