Fairy

Our fairy was bought in 1947. My parents had been living with their parents and in 1947 they got the keys to their first home, .a  flat in Balham. That Christmas they took home a tree and My Mum bought a few decorations and a fairy. I still have some of the original decorations . The fairy got a new dress in 1968 . My Mum used some of the material I had bought to make a white dress as students had to wear a white dress for Graduation.
Some more photos of todays visit from the tiny long tailed tits. They survive the cold by all sleeping together to keep each other warm.
