Thursday: Comfort Food

Well, this is annoying.

The only good thing to come out of Covid is that I have not had a cold for almost two years.  Until now - it started coming on yesterday and is now in full force.  I’ve done a couple of lateral flow tests and it’s not Covid.

But it is affecting all the plans we had.  We’d hoped to do more with my Christmas break than just lie at home in a winsome manner.  We were supposed to be at friends for dinner tonight but we gave them the option to postpone which they, wisely and understandably, took up.

So here is my world famous tuna casserole which is perfect comfort food.  I’m fact it’s so world famous that I’ve never mentioned it before on blip as the recipe is akin to a state secret.
