Spritz

Not sure we could have Christmas without a pound of butter and spritz cookies… My Mom’s recipe..she would spend a lot of time decorating the”wreaths” with red and green candied fruit.   I can only do so many of those and then have to use the spritz gun for other shapes.
this might be the swan song for my 50+ yo kitchenaid mixer.   There is some sort of short and it will only run if you hit it a certain way.  A lot.   Not buying a new one.

Oskar tested positive with the rapid test after testing negative on Monday (we were over there on sunday) so will check a PCR one again but what that family does not need now is everyone to get covid.   And Niklas is only home for a week..  The other family thot maybe we’d do the rapid test for tomorrow night but can’t find any.    Plans a bit unclear at the moment.

We tried one neighborhood  errand but the place wasn’t open as advertised, then we went to our neighborhood deli for some anchovies for the Swedish Potatoes (Jonsson’s temptation) and they were out of anchovies.

We did have a nice Christmas zoom with H’s brother and sil.

Might be time to give it up for the day,   Everyone needs cookies.  (will deliver tomorrow!) 

Not sure what happened to yesterdays blip but no matter.......it wasn't memorable.!
