Mince pies
Finally I got around to making my special Viennese Topping mince pies! They have a no roll shortbread case too. Delicious! Fortunately only enough mincemeat for one tray, as they are very rich and made of butter!
I also baked definitely the final Xmas cake which will be for us!! I will let it mature until we go to Cornwall and we can share it. I don’t know how many I made this year with the market but it seemed like a lot, hope they are all enjoyed.
Pepper is enjoying her early present from Katie and Andrew, see extra.
Christmas Eve tomorrow so a bit of prep to do and maybe some last minute wrapping!!
