Dreich weather here today; damp and grey earlier and the streets are now running with water and impossibly dark.

Stayed in to finish wrapping presents this morning, and went out for a wintry afternoon tea with champagne for my Mum's birthday. A lovely festive treat!

This is the view from the taxi window. You'll have to take my word for it but this is the Big Wheel and bustling Christmas Market. Too wet and busy for me thanks.
