Not dead after all
After endless emails to Swytch a replacement controller that wouldn’t fit, and another replacement controller that didn’t cure the problem Swytch announced they couldn’t repair it but they could sell us a replacement power pack for £300.
Because we couldn't get any more ideas from Swytch we resorted to the internet and found a you tube video of how to reset the controller. We did that and the fault disappeared, the gov rode the bike today for about 10 miles and it worked fine.
Sniffy email to Swytch complaining about the service and asking for a refund on the two controllers that they sent in error was fired off this afternoon. We don’t expect a reply until new year.
