Eva had a bit of an unplanned dismount this morning. A proper somersault over his head when he went from canter to perfect halt when he spotted something out of the corner of his eye. 

She was okay physically but a bit shaken up. I managed to persuade her to get back on and have a little trot about. Just hoping it hasn't knocked her confidence too much. Feels like every time we are getting somewhere it takes a knock. And she starts being really negative about herself which I hate hearing as she's a great little rider and everyone falls off, even top riders. Hopefully can ride lots over the school holidays and build it back up again.
