A red plant

A few days ago I commented that I hadn't seen a poinsettia for sale, so hadn't been able to buy one.

We've come away for a short break over the Christmas period, and found a poinsettia waiting for us in the cottage.

We saw Z and S off to his family for their Christmas stay, and then packed and drove the short distance down to Suffolk, where we are staying in a cottage just by Minsmere RSPB reserve.  We look forward to nice walking and relaxing.

Z sent me the attached photo - she spent the train journey, and some time watching a film later, knitting hard!
