Putting the pieces together

I guess someone had enough of their jigsaw puzzle...

Back in the office today, not feeling 100% but thankfully no where near as bad as yesterday! I'm such a bad patient and as I apparently have a high pain threshold I wonder how bad this would feel if I didn't!
