What's Another Year

A very busy day at work today so had to go out for my blip after my tea tonight. We are so lucky now that it's light till eight o'clock so I had plenty time to get something reasonable.

I took this shot on the back road to Gorebridge from Penicuik. I loved the sky tonight as the sun was going down with so many fantastic shades and some brilliant colours.

I'm picking up Hayley from her work tonight but she is coming here to stay as her flat mate is in Austria and it's her birthday tomorrow. I can't believe she will be 19, where have all the years gone. I remember the day Hayley was born, there was snow on the ground like there is just now and what's more it snowed when I was driving back home after spending all night in the hospital. Seeing the snow now brings back all these happy memories.

A nice day of celebration tomorrow no doubt.
