Duck!

Con has done it again roasting duck on the kettle barbecue. It gets better every time and this  one is for Christmas day. We went fishing to get fish, success! We also raided a mussel farm for some green shell mussels, difficult but success again!
Looking forward to a Kiwi Christmas Dinner!
