Wide Wednesday

I see the theme is sky today, something I haven’t seen much of lately. I decided to walk to the front gate and collect the mail and take a blip. The garden is looking dry and some plants haven’t made it, rather depressing. I have developed pain and the walk was brief but hey, it’s a lot better than not being able to walk.

Sciatica day 25. I am generally feeling a bit better and sat up at the table for lunch. This is the first time since November. I had the decision to make regarding my treatment and had a phone consult with my GP and physio. We have decided to continue the physio (seeing I’ve made improvement) and cancel the cortisone injection tomorrow. I have another one booked for 6th January in case the physio is a flop.
