Bait Digging

Another grey day and what appears to be a lazy shot for me, but everything else I tried didn’t seem to work. I’m not much into landscapes these days but I do like these, often bleak, estuary scenes… this one a bait digger with the end of Southend Pier as the tide comes in.

In other news, my son has come back from uni and subsequently tested positive for Covid thus cancelling his and his mother’s Xmas trip to visit relatives in Ireland, and my Xmas day at my parents (just in case). While I’m sure he’ll be fine I was really looking forward to having the house to myself! Maybe in the new year… :))
