Very early this morning I spotted someone coming down the driveway carrying flowers. What a beautiful bouquet! Luckily I was home, and able to tell her that, alas, they were not for me, but for the neighbor two doors down. And then a little face poked out of her hoodie. Neither of them minded having their photo made. I got my blip and my neighbor got her flowers--pretty good deal all around!

I've started another batch of panetonne dough. Wanted to make another one before I forgot what I learned on the first one. We'll see what happens...
