Truffles

This year I skipped the holiday baking. But I did find this easy recipe for chocolate chip cream cheese truffles. It’s a no bake recipe and we did test one …. delicious!  The rest will be saved for Christmas Day. Also did a few loads of laundry and went for a shorter walk. My arm was sore for most of the day and I had a slight headache but felt fine by the evening. Hubby didn’t fare so well and was coping with a worse headache and chills all day. Here’s to hoping we won’t need another booster for a long while.
