I had photographed my baking earlier (but turned out a little fuzzy/out of focus), when I broke the eggs into the sugar, simply because I had never had a double yolk before and wondered if it would count as one large egg or two small eggs? Anyway I cracked another in and it was a double too, hmmm decided that I would do what I often do when seeking answers, I googled it! Differing opinions so I decided to add one more egg to the mix and count it as the four needed...kinda made sense to me but Short Stuff said the problem with my thinking was it would likely be a double too, I said never, no, amazing to get two doubles, a third would be highly unlikely, it would be fine....He was right, so was that six eggs in the bowl or would the three doubles count as the 4 large eggs required in the recipe.... Told you it was boring, can't believe you are still reading. Anyway, the chocolate brownie turned out fine, very chocolatey and quite gooey.
