Window Dressing

Mr P and I were supposed to go to a posh hotel in Edinburgh today for afternoon tea courtesy of our boys (voucher from last Christmas) but unfortunately car problems meant that we had to cancel. We ended up going to the Tontine for tea and cake instead once we’d picked up son no 1(the car made it there and back….just).
Not good news from son no 3. Turns out he’s had possible Covid symptoms since Saturday but his LFTs have all been negative, unfortunately today’s test was positive so he’s booked a PCR for tomorrow. Sadly looks like he may have to stay in Glasgow over Christmas.
