Round Robin

It’s the last posting day for first class xmas cards and letters, and this yarn-bomb robin has appeared again on our local postbox.
Today is also the midwinter solstice, the shortest day up here in the northern hemisphere. But contrary to popular belief today isn’t the day that sunrises start to happen earlier and sunsets start to get later. The sunsets have been getting later for about a week now, and the sunrises will still continue to get later for another week or so, before they also go into reverse and start to happen earlier in the mornings.
