More than just a moment

Went for a run post work, pre dinner - what a joy to do this in the light.

I'd forgotten how these runs were like a balm to my body and soul after a day at the grindstone. Nice clear evening and glorious sun down. I took this shot then just held the moment and was grateful.

Whilst out on the moor met only one other - the inestimable earthdreamer, a passing exchange but a joyful one for us both.
