A day in the office
Another day sitting in front of a computer, this time in the office. I needed to check data in a spreadsheet, then convert it into printed labels for posting/delivering. Checking the data went well, it was convincing Word to print the labels correctly that wasn’t. Finally, in desperation, I asked one of the other girls for help and together we managed to get it sorted. Converting the document to a PDF before printing ensured that the labels printed correctly. Whew!
We went walking with our Tuesday night group, the first time for three weeks. My left leg wasn’t particularly happy, but I need the exercise. It was lovely to see everyone and have a chat.
Having already blipped a blow up Christmas tree, tonight I managed to grab a quick blip of a blow up Santa as we walked by.
There are 28 new community cases today - 21 in Auckland, 5 in Bay of Plenty and 2 in Taranaki. Whilst it’s encouraging to see such a low number, the concern is that people aren’t getting tested because they want to go on holiday. If that’s the case, it means they’ll be spreading it around the country. Not good.
